Admission forms are available in the school office filled in application forms along with the following documents and fees are to be submitted at the school office.

1. Child's birth certificate
2. A recent passport and three passport size photographs to be attached in the box provided
3. Original School leaving certificate
4. Requisition for Transport
5. Admission fee
